Come for an afternoon at Windsor Public Library for a paint-by-number canvas and some sweet snacks. Just don’t get any crumbs on your new work of art! This program is meant for tweens and teens ages 9 to 15. Registration required. We will be serving cookies so please take note for food allergies.
