DESCRIPTION:Come for an afternoon at Windsor Public Library for a paint-by-number canvas and some sweet snacks. Just don’t get any crumbs on your new work of art! This program is meant for tweens and teens ages 9 to 15. Registration required. We will be serving cookies so please take note for food allergies. \nAttendance is limited for this program. Please keep this in mind when registering for programs as we would like to best serve all of our patrons. Only register if you know you can attend.
