SUMMARY:Records & Burpee Children's Zoo at the Guilford Fair
DESCRIPTION:Records and Burpee have assembled more than 40 exotic and unusual domesticated animals in “America’s brightest\, cleanest\, friendliest\, petting zoo”. The zoo is housed under its own colorful big top. The exhibit is constantly cleaned by attendants who are always available to answer questions. The zoo surpasses similar attractions with educational signage\, potted plants\, and park benches. There will also be hand-sanitizing stations.

Over 170 modern makers from across the country will display and sell their fine craft in a variety of media\, including Clay\, Food\, Glass\, Leather\, Metal and Non-Metal Jewelry\, Wearable and Fiber for the Home\, Metal\, Mixed Media\, Paper\, Painting\, Photography\, Printmaking\, Soap and Wood. \nFriday\, July 19 • Saturday\, July 20 • Sunday\, July 21 (Rain or Shine) \nPopular amenities for the Craft Expo visitor include a food court\, a family art tent with kid craft activities\, and the chance to bid on donated craft pieces at the show’s annual silent auction. \nProceeds raised through the silent auction and nominal entrance fees benefit the non-profit Guilford Art Center and its year-round calendar of gallery and school art education programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
