SUMMARY:The Annual Antique Marine Engine Expo at Mystic Seaport
DESCRIPTION:The Annual Antique Marine Engine Expo will be held at Mystic Seaport the weekend of August 17th and 18th\, 2024. This is one of the oldest major marine engine shows in the nation with over 300 exhibits. \nExhibitors come from near and far and many of the engines will be operating as well as the day they were first purchased. Steamers huffing and puffing\, inboards chugging away in their mounting stands\, outboards stirring up water in the rain barrels and models of all types converting air pressure or electricity into rotary power on the bench and in the model pool. \nYou cannot help but enjoy this stroll through marine engine history. Join us in the Henry B. du Pont Preservation Shipyard for this noisy\, greasy\, fun event!
