This year’s North Pole Express at the Gray Granite Railroad in beautiful Glastonbury Connecticut is starting up the weekend after Thanksgiving and running through December 22, 2024.

The Gray Granite Railroad will be open from 12-4pm on Saturday & Sunday’s for train rides to the North Pole to meet Santa! As always, we will have an amazing assortment of Christmas trees at the farm.

Weekend tickets are $40.00 each, cash only, infants are free

One of our most beloved attractions is the North Pole Train Ride. During the holiday season, our train transforms into a magical vessel that whisks passengers away to Santa’s getaway cabin. Hidden deep within a Christmas tree farm and past a breathtaking waterfall, the journey to Santa’s retreat is nothing short of enchanting. Children and adults alike are captivated by the sights, sounds, and festive atmosphere as they make their way to meet Santa Claus himself.

New for this year at Gray Granite Railroad

Gray Granite Railroad will be available for private rentals, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 4-8pm. This will offer an extremely special, and intimate setting that will allow close family and friends to enjoy a personalized visit to the North Pole! Bring your favorite foods and snacks, or order food from the amazing Brasato’s on sight at the farm, you can pre order food that will be ready upon arrival for private group departures.

Drop of pre-wrapped gifts with children’s names on it and it’s guaranteed to blow the little ones minds when Santa calls their names! Then get cozy in our North Pole cabin, nestled along our Christmas tree fields and enjoy hot coco and sugar cookies by the woodstove while opening the gifts!
