SUMMARY:Cinderella at The Bushnell
DESCRIPTION:Ballet Theatre Company will share its beloved fairytale classic\, Cinderella\, April 29 & 30 at The Bushnell’s Belding Theater. The production will feature original choreography by the company’s Artistic Director\, Stephanie Dattellas\, set to Prokofiev’s joyful score. In addition to the two public performances\, the Company sets itself apart by expanding the magic of Cinderella to one sensory-friendly* performance\, and one abbreviated performance held exclusively for students across Connecticut. \n \nBeautiful technique\, artistry\, unexpected comedy\, and drama are all interwoven throughout Dattellas’ Cinderella storyline\, casting a wide spell of enchantment to delight audiences of all ages. \n*The Sensory-Friendly Ballet ticket purchases will be open to the public for people of all ages. Local children’s advocacy agencies will also be offered tickets to this special sensory-friendly theater experience. \nKid Friendly Brunch\nSave the date for BTC’s Cinderella Ballet Brunch scheduled for April 23. Join Cinderella and her friends for a charming morning of sweet goodies\, crafts\, activities and more. The Brunch will be held at 635 Warehouse in West Hartford\, 11:00am-2:00pm. \nAll proceeds of the event will support BTC’s Sensory-Friendly performance of Cinderella at The Bushnell.
