Children are invited to bring their favorite teddy bear friend or any special plush pal to Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo on Saturday, July 20 from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the Teddy Bear Festival.

This “beary” fun day will feature children’s activities, including coloring and storytelling focusing on Bear Awareness and the facts about real bears. Plus, bring your teddy bear to the “Teddy Bear Clinic” at the Peacock Pavilion and get a free health checkup for your favorite stuffed animal.
