DESCRIPTION:Get ready to set sail for the Annual Connecticut Sea Music Festival\, dropping anchor in downtown Essex from June 7 to 10\, 2024. The daytime events are free\, with donations accepted. Evening Concerts are ticketed. \nThis exciting weekend is perfect for the whole family and features a Symposium on the Music of the Sea\, free daytime workshops with talented maritime musicians from local\, regional\, and international backgrounds. You can also enjoy performances on the family stage\, witness impressive demonstrations of sailor skills\, embark on sails along the beautiful CT River\, participate in a Sunday morning revival-style hymn sing\, and experience late-night Chantey Sings at the historic Griswold Inn. \n \nThe main stage evening concerts held on the Town Green are not to be missed!
